Cancellations and Refunds
The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail ([email protected] or fax (+90 212 258 60 78) about the cancellation of the registration. Telephone cancellation will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Congress.

A written cancellation request should be sent to organizing secretariat. Cancellations will not be accepted after February 18, 2019 Name changes are possible.
