The above registration fees included 18% VAT.

* A resident is defined as a research assistant in a medical university or research company. Residents must provide "proof of research assistant" for their registration (transcript, copy of a current student identification card, or letter signed by head of department).

* Total participant limit for each course is 80. Each course group will be planned for 10 attendees.

Visa Requirements
Invitation letters for visa purposes can only be sent to people who have completed the registration process. Further information regarding the visa requirements you can find HERE.

Cancellations and Refunds
The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail ([email protected]  or fax (+90 212 258 60 78) about the cancellation of the registration. Telephone cancellation will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Congress.

The following cancellation conditions apply:

After 13 January 2016	No refund, name change possible
