General Information

Untitled Document Congress Dates
Indercos 2016 will be held between the dates of 16-20 March 2016.

Travel to Istanbul
Travelling by plane
Atatürk International Airport is the major international airport in Istanbul, located on the European side just 24 km west of the city centre. There are regular services from the Middle East, the USA, and Australia and daily flights from most European cities. More than 80 domestic flights arrive in Istanbul every day.

Getting around in Istanbul
The easiest way to get around Istanbul is by taxi. Make sure you have some Turkish liras with you. No taxi driver will accept credit cards. You will find ATMs and a currency exchange office inside the airport. We advise you to only take official taxis. They are bright yellow and have a sign on the roof with the word taksi on it. Furthermore, their taxi registration number (and sometimes company logo) should be clearly visible on the front doors and the roof. Most importantly, all official taxis have digital meters.

A trip from Atatürk Airport to Sultanahmet will set you back around TL 60-70; to Taksim you may have to pay TL 90-100.

Certificate of Attendance
All registered attendees both pre-registered and on-site, will receive a Certificate of Attendance on the last day of congress.

Language
All presentations during the congress will be conducted in English, the official language of the Indercos 2016.

Visa & Letter of Invitation
An invitation letter will be sent to all registered participants.
