Participants who wish to register as residents must be working at a medical school or a research center.
Those registering as residents are required to provide proof with a student ID, student certificate or a document approved by their department head.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Figür Congress Organizations

- Refunds will be processed after the congress, in accordance with the conditions outlined below.

Cancellation is possible; 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
Between 31 January 2026 – 16 March 2026
No cancellation/refund. Name changes are allowed.
After 16 March 2026
No cancellation/refund or name changes are allowed.
